General introduction:
GPRS is an English abbreviation of General Packet Radio Service
which is a new carrier service based on present GSM system in order to offer GSM
users packet data services. GPRS allows users to send and receive data under terminal
to terminal packet transfer mode without using network resources under circuit exchange
mode, which has generated a high efficiency, low cost wireless packet data services,
not only applicable to discontinuous, paroxysmal and frequent data transmission
of small quantity, but also to occasional large quantity data transmission.
The GPRS theoretical bandwidth is up to 171.2Kbps and applicable bandwidth is about
40~100Kbps. TCP/IP protocol in this channel can be used for INTERNET connecting,
data transmission etc. With data packet sending and receiving via GPRS technology,
the users can remain on line since the service cost is rapidly reduced by charge
according to flow.

data center computer, which is easy to fulfill with low cost.
A number of domestic companies offering the service can be applied for dynamic
domain name. The public dynamic domain name is free of charge while the private
ones will charge a small amount.
Data center uses GPRS wireless network card for access to INTERNET, set fixed
IP of mobile intranet in module. This kind of access method requires local GPRS
network
supports APN function.
APN function varies in different regions, free in some and requires fee in
